The Self-Study Memberships is the sister membership to both the Community & Small Groups I offer monthly and weekly, and is designed for those who already experience a regularly full bucket when it comes to social connection and group work, but who would like to take their self-care and self-inquiry to the next level. It is the compilation of tools that come from my own journey, practice and study, as well as tools that have benefited my private clients throughout the last few years.

I believe self-care to be both life-changing and life-saving, and not only offer stationary tools that you can integrate into your day, but teach personal connection - so that you become the expert on what you need when you need it.

Self-care, self-inquiry and dedicated mindset practices are not always easy to go at alone, in this membership, I offer many of the tools that have helped my clients and myself on our journey inwards.

Meet your host: Molly Wilder

As we attune to our needs and bring ourselves into inner alignment, we deepen our realization and experience of our essential qualities - allowing ourselves to grow beyond what pollutes us and empower ourselves from the heart out.

This process has changed my life - allowing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual peace and clarity to manifest my most sacred desires - including my purpose, a partnership love story with the most incredible man, the time to do all the things I love that seems to come from nowhere and everywhere, and so much peace in my day-to-day. I am dedicated to walking this essential path - it has, and continues to lead me to an inner wealth and richness I cannot ignore.

As far as my background, well I have studies yoga since I was a young woman, have a diploma in exercise and wellness and a Bachelor Degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy from Camosun College. I have spent a year training in the Compassionate Inquiry process with Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Simran Kaur, and will never stop being a student. I am deeply passionate about educating and facilitating inner peace.

This group was born from the desire for a small group of women - for continued connection, accountability and shared wisdom. It has grown and blossomed over time and I am honoured to be its host.

The 5-Day Gratitude Restructure offers us a new paradigm of gratitude practice. Each day offers a short lesson of approximately 10 minutes and a practical way of implementing gratitude for lasting, powerful, and healing neurological change. Effective practices offered within are as short as 1min and easy to implement into your day.

Movement Medicine includes a growing library of yoga asana classes, pranayama practices, mobility sessions, workouts and rehab/pre-hab techniques. It is a continuously growing bank for you to use as you see fit. Within this module, you're also invited to join me for any live yoga sessions via zoom, and will be notified of upcoming events through the membership email.

The Meditation & Elevation Practice module includes a full bank of guided meditation, visualization and affirmation practices with new recordings added weekly. Choose from practices as short as 3 minutes or beyond 20 minutes to support your daily needs.

In this 5-day meditation series, we'll be working with our big emotions with patient, curious and compassionate methods of developing inner relationship. We'll honour what's present for us and learn the ways of each of our big feelings to help us alchemize their deep wisdom and needs from the inside out.⁠

The 30-Day Self-Care Challenge is an annual challenge that invites you to commit to radical self-care through physical listening and present moment awareness. This module includes audio and downloadable Workbooks and mini-mags as well as Live replays of the round 2 live sessions.

When will my membership renew, and is it easy to cancel?

Your membership will renew every month from the day of your first billing and will take effect immediately for the next quarter of The Wild & Aligned Women's Group. And yes, it's sooo easy to cancel!! There's a no-questions-asked cancellation policy, and I've even made a 1min video to show you the exact steps you can take if you need to take some time away from the group! And no worries - you're always welcome to come back.
