Coaching With Molly
To guide people to their inner knowing and the wisdom housed within their bodies is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. My role for the time we work together is just that - a guide. You have everything you need within you to step into your power in the most peaceful way, but we are not meant to walk this path alone, and I am here to help you along this journey in the way that feels most supportive to you. I use IFS Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, somatic attention, movement, breathwork and visualization as necessary to help you come home to yourself and your inner essence.
"Hey, thank you for your interest. I'm currently on an extended maternity leave and am not taking private clients. If you're interested in working with me in group capacities, please check out the two women's group offerings under the women's group tab!"
Start With a Single Session
My introductory session offers you an opportunity to see how I work, and to decide if my practice is a good fit for you, and it's available if you want a single session only to explore whatever is currently arising in your life.
After your introductory session, you are welcome to explore my 3, 6 or 12 session packages and tailor our time together in a way that fits your schedule and financial availability.

Background & Experience
As a yoga instructor and Athletic Therapist, to begin with, the nervous and musculoskeletal systems were of particular interest to me. The body seemed like a treasure-trove of answers that would eventually lead my clients and me to peacefulness, ease, joy and understanding.
Clients started finding me to help them with their chronic pain, be it in their low backs, their ongoing knees issues, should and neck pain - you name it. What started presenting when I worked on their bodies were emotional responses that began to ease as I listened, asked gentle questions and created compassion around their experience. The natural opening of their inner experience allowed clients to connect with their unmet needs and create self-led boundaries that best supported them mentally, emotionally and physically.
From there, mind-body-spirit coaching came naturally to me through my experience and the leadership of my heart. However, in 2017, I started to educate myself in psychology and the mind-body connection. I spent a year studying and completing Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry Training Program, and, completed my Level 1 Training as an IFS practitioner.
I firmly believe that no coach or therapist can take their clients beyond where they have gone themselves; therefore, beyond simply studying, I am committed to my own healing through community work, ceremony, and both self-led and coached inquiry and integration.
