Meditation on The I.V.

Monday mornings can be stressful and sometimes it's hard to motivate yourself to meditate, particularly when you have the whole week ahead of you. It's these times that we need it the most, but don't worry I've got you covered! I will often put out a meditation between 5 - 10 minutes long, usually on a Monday. These will always be accessible to you for free, on the podcast or on this page, below.
